Delete Your Block Munch Data

Block Munch does not use accounts with an email address or password. Your online game data is linked to a random player ID that the Game creates when you install it.

How to Request Deletion

1. Open Block Munch and go to Settings. Tap the line showing your Player ID to copy it.
2. Email support@gametester.io with the subject "Delete my data" and paste your Player ID.
3. We confirm your request and complete the deletion within 30 days.

You can remove your profile photo at any time directly in the Game with Remove photo.

What We Delete

• your player profile and display name
• your profile photo
• game progress, event, league and team data stored on our server
• your team memberships and the reports you sent or received
• your push notification token

What We Keep

• purchase records, for as long as tax and commercial law requires (usually up to 10 years)
• pseudonymous, aggregated statistics that can no longer be linked to your Player ID

Progress and settings stored on your device are removed when you uninstall the Game. Data collected by our advertising and attribution partners can be managed through your device's advertising settings, as described in our Privacy Policy.
